Introducing TADA! Cooking Show

The kids take a stab at hosting their own cooking show while having fun. In order to avoid my kitchen burning down, I made sure to find a kid-friendly recipe that is fun to eat and even easier to make…FRESH FRUIT POPSICLES! The best part is you can always get creative and mix up the ingredients. Try swapping out coconut water with freshly blended watermelon juice (or even mango juice from a carton!) Don’t have fruit in your fridge? Substitute with gummy bears instead 🙂

What you’ll need:

  1. Fresh fruit (kiwi, grapes, strawberries, peaches, pomegranate, blueberries, raspberries, etc)
  2. Coconut water (or apple juice, mango juice, watermelon juice, etc)
  3. Popsicle mold set –>I got my popsicle molds at Target, but you can get nearly identical ones on Amazon here.

Instructions:

  1. Prep fruit up by slicing into smaller pieces so it’ll fit in the popsicle mold
  2. Add as much fruit as you can fit into the mold, continuing to press it against the sides
  3. Fill the molds up with coconut water (or juice of your choice), leaving 1/8″ space at the top for the juice to expand when it freezes
  4. Freeze the popsicles overnight
  5. Run the molds under hot water to help the popsicles release
  6. Enjoy and send us a picture!

You really can’t go wrong and we would love to see what you come up with. Good luck!

Cheers,
THM

Ps: Austin came up with the cooking show’s name. Makes sense.
